The newsletter service provided via email enables all registered individuals to automatically receive content from subsequent editions of the newsletter containing information about the most important changes in tax or accounting regulations and activities related to ATA Finance.

  • The use of the “ATA Finance Newsletter” service is voluntary and indefinite.
  • To provide the “ATA Finance Newsletter” service, data such as email address, name, and company name are collected from interested individuals.
  • Each registered individual has the possibility to change or delete their data entered during the registration process at any time.
  • Privacy policy information is available by clicking on the link: “Privacy Policy”. ATA Finance Group entities, including ATA Tax Sp. z o.o. and ATA Accounting Services Sp. z o.o. Sp. k., headquartered at al. Armii Ludowej 26 in Warsaw (hereinafter referred to as ATA Finance), are the administrators of your personal data. Personal data is collected by ATA Finance solely for the purpose of processing them to provide the “ATA Finance Newsletter” service. The data is provided voluntarily by the individuals concerned; however, the service cannot be provided without providing this information.

Registration process:

The “ATA Finance Newsletter” service is provided only to registered individuals. To register, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the website at http://www.atafinance.pl/en/newsletter
  2. Familiarize yourself with the documentation available on the website: “Instructions for Newsletter Subscribers” and “Privacy Policy”.
  3. Fill in the electronic form correctly:
    1. In the field labeled “Your email,” enter the email address to which subsequent editions of the Newsletter are to be sent. The entered email address must belong to or be available to the registering person. It is not allowed to use email addresses that do not belong to the registering individuals.
    2. Consent to the processing of personal data by ATA Finance for the purpose of using the “ATA Finance Newsletter” service. The consent to the processing of personal data must be confirmed by clicking the checkbox next to the accepted content.
    3. Confirm that you have read the content of “Information for Subscribers of ‘ATA Finance Newsletter'” and the “Privacy Policy” by clicking the checkbox.
  4. Click the button (after this action, an email will be sent to the email address entered during the registration process containing a link to the verification process for adding the mailbox to the distribution list of the “ATA Finance Newsletter” service).
  5. Click on the link sent to your email for the verification process of adding the mailbox to the distribution list of the “ATA Finance Newsletter” service. This action confirms the intention to add the registered email address holder to the distribution list of the “ATA Finance Newsletter” service. From this moment on, subsequent editions of newsletters will be sent to the registered email account.

Process of deleting registered data:

If there is a need to delete (unsubscribe) an email address from the distribution list of the “ATA Finance Newsletter” service, follow these steps:

  1. Click on the link in the footer of the message sent as part of the “ATA Finance Newsletter” service.
  2. The user will then be redirected to a separate website allowing them to unsubscribe from the “ATA Finance Newsletter” service. On this page, click the “Confirm” button. This action will remove the specified address from the list of subscribers, and the sending of subsequent editions of the “ATA Finance Newsletter” will be stopped.
